Media interest continues …

This morning, Martyn Smith (chairman of Feniton Parish Council), Jayne Blackmore (Flood Warden Co-ordinator) and I were interviewed by John Henderson from BBC Spotlight on the current situation with Wainhomes and their abject failure to comply with the most important of the conditions placed on their development of 50 homes (see https://susiebond.wordpress.com/2014/09/27/conditions-what-conditions/).

  1. Peter Bending says:

The surface water from the development is to go into the tanks (not yet installed) and then into the SWW ditch. Therefore currently any rainwater coming off the roofs and roads that have already been built is at present just running down the roads into the nearest storm drain. Hardly satisfactory is it.
