300 houses at Gittisham Vale, update

The deadline for consultation on the planning application for 300 houses at Gittisham Vale on a reserved site under the draft Local Plan has been extended to 21 January 2014 (see https://susiebond.wordpress.com/2013/12/20/massive-housing-application-proposed-for-gittisham-vale/ and http://www.claire-wright.org/index.php/post/planning_application_for_300_houses_on_edge_of_gittisham_goes_live/).

People wishing to comment on this application can do so by sending a letter to:

Council Offices
EX10 8HL

or logging into the EDDC website planning portal on http://planning.eastdevon.gov.uk/online-applications/, registering and then logging into the relevant application by putting the application number (in this case 13/2744/MOUT) into the keyword search box. Note that you must register in order to comment on line.
